New Utah Marketers Web Design

Have you ever heard the story of the shoemaker’s son?  The story basically implies that when you have a specialty service you can offer that you often do it so much that you end up not finding time to help yourself or your own family with that service that you are so good at.  The shoemaker makes shoes all day but, his son goes without shoes.  What does this have to do with websites?  Well, we’re kind of like the shoemaker and we are also our own shoemaker’s son.  What we mean is that we sometimes get so excited and involved in client web design that we often neglect our own website.

Are you sitting down?  Because, UtahSites.com has a new website design!  Hooray.  May all of Utah rejoice.  Dang.  Guess it’s not that exciting.  It’s cool for us though!  And, whether you know it or not, it’s cool for you too.  Our new website includes a “responsive” (mobile friendly web design) feature.  You can view our website on anything from your super-duper computer to your itty bitty phone and our design will respond according to your screen size.

This makes navigating and reading the website easier than tying your shoes.  Unless, of course, you don’t know how to tie your shoes.  If you can’t tie your shoes, hopefully you at least understand what we’re implying about the website.  🙂

Utah Marketers aim to give you beautiful websites that rank high in search engines.

Exploring Modal Windows In Web Design

A window appears. The background fades to black. Suddenly, your users can't click anywhere else. No, this isn't a horror movie. Your website is just showing a modal window. And whether that's a good thing depends entirely on how it's designed. Modal windows are useful...
